Silicone pessary: fungiform is manufactured from biologically inert silicone and has the form of a “mushroom”. On the “cap” of pessary there are openings which give an additional opportunity to use pessary in patients with the increased vaginal secretion.
Pessary is indicated for conservative correction of female genital organs prolapse including the prolapse of vaginal vault after hysterectomy.
Silicone pessary: fungiform is not intended for long-term continuous use (the duration of continuous use is not more than 10-12 hours).
Silicone pessary: fungiform is supplied in the following sizes (outer diameter): 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 mm.
Pessaries are not sterile when they are delivered, therefore they need to be disinfected before use.
