Silicone disposable obstetrical pessary has a trapezium shape with wide and narrow bases and a large central opening for cervix uteri. The use of modern safe medical silicone made it possible to achieve the optimum elasticity of pessary, increased comfort and safety during the use of the product.
The pessary is available in three sizes.
Silicone disposable obstetrical pessary is used in obstetrical practice for the prophylaxis of preterm delivery in case of isthmic-cervical insufficiency (ICI).
Pessaries are not sterile when they are delivered, therefore they need to be disinfected before use.
